I had some extra pineapple and avocados left and threw this together. Came out pretty tasty and loaded with vitamins and dietary fiber.
In the blender:
3 cups of Pineapple (sliced and chopped)
1 Avocado (without the pit)
1 TBSP of Maca Powder (optional)
1 1/2 cups of Coconut Milk
Mix well and serve over ice. Enjoy!
