Shipping


How do you ship?
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We do not process orders on holidays. 

Milli Miracle products are handcrafted and some items may require a processing time of 1-14 days. 

​Pre-order items will ship separately as stock becomes available.


Due to the temperature sensitivity of Milli Miracle products, we strongly recommend that someone is available to receive your order when it arrives especially during warmer months (Apr-Sept).

During times of sales, promotions, and events, orders may have longer processing time before shipping. 

Milli Miracle is not responsible for any shipping delays once your order has been picked up by the shipping carrier. 
  • Custom items will take longer to ship.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding all holidays.
  • We will ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS only.
  • A tracking number is provided within the shipping email.
  • A 'Signature Confirmation' can be requested for your order ($2.50 charge). For orders of $200 and more a  'signature confirmation' is required.
DO YOU offer PICK UP SERVIce?
​Thank you for your interest in our local pick-up option. At this time our pick up/delivery service is on pause. We look forward to resuming this option in the near future. Thank you!

MY BUTTER HAS MELTED, CAN I GET A REFUND?
Milli Miracle is unable to provide any refund or accept returns on melted products. To keep your M.M. Butters in solid form, you can keep them in a dry, cool place or refrigerated. During the warmer seasons, we encourage you to bring your delivery inside as soon as possible. 
What is your refund policy?

​If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We may ask you to provide pictures for our records and to better serve our customers in the future.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
Due to the handcrafted nature of Milli Miracle goodies, variations may occur from batch to batch including color, thickness and design.   Unfortunately, due to the personal nature of Milli Miracle products, exchanges and returns are not accepted. If any discrepancies arise please contact us immediately so that we may rectify a solution.

WHY DOES THE LABEL SAY  'FRAGRANCE'?
In the instance that the scent of the product is too lengthy for the label or it is a signature blend, we will simply state  "fragrance' on the label. Otherwise, we list the individual essential oils used. 

Please keep in mind that Milli Miracle products containing fragrance are sourced from fair-trade, kosher, natural ingredients. Fragrance blends are phthalate-free.

​Help! MY BUTTER IS MELTING.
Milli Miracle Butters are created with organic coconut oil and shea butter along with other nourishing plant oils. In warmer temperatures (environments 75 degrees and warmer) these oils and butters are prone to melting. No fear! The wonderful thing about organic plant ingredients is that your skin and hair will still reap the benefits whether in liquid or solid form. 

To keep your Butters in solid form, you can keep them in a dry, cool place or refrigerated. During the warmer seasons, we encourage you to bring your delivery inside as soon as possible. We do not accept returns nor cannot offer exchanges due to melting of product. ​

Can i add a promo code after i place my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot apply promotional codes to orders after submission.

Ordering Milli Miracle soaps by the loaf is a great way to keep your favorites in stock! Our Three Pound Soap option, allows you to select your favorite fragrance and add additional ingredients such as colloidal oats to our Coconut Milk or Triple Butter blends.
