Spring is here despite the snow across Chicago and the suburbs. It's Smoothie Time! Today is a blend using avocado for dietary fiber and kale (my fave) and other greens.
Into your blender (you know I LOVE my Vitamix)
1 cup Distilled Water or Hemp Milk
2 cups of mixed greens (Today used types of kale, spinach, green swiss chard and one collard green leaf)
1 Avocado (no pit allowed)
2 Tbsp Lecithin
1 whole Lemon (freshly squeezed)
Blend well. (This was good and creamy after one minute of blending)
Pour and Enjoy.
