Along with our current variety of natural soaps and moisturizers,  we have a lovely addition for your bathing experience. Millicent has designed different types of naturally nourishing and healing bath soaks each addressing a different goal from simple relaxation to detoxing. Overall, these bath soaks will turn a regular bath into an effective therapeutic bathing delight.

Lemongrass + Eucalyptus Bath Soak
This fizzing bath soak made with natural sea salt and Himalayan pink salt  is a rich source of minerals and ionic energy. Lemongrass and eucalyptus essential oils uplift and rejuvenates your mind and spirit. Baking Soda (sodium bicarbonate) isn't just for keeping odors out the fridge. Adding this to our bath soaks deodorizes and neutralizes the water providing a better water therapy. This bath soak is not recommended if you have high blood pressure, pregnant or have epilepsy.

Lavender + Vanilla Bath Soak
Relaxation is the purpose with soothing lavender essential oil and vanilla. In addition to relaxing, this bath soak provides skin-softening benefits with a blend of Sea Salt, Himalayan Pink Salt and Calendula. Often used in first-aid, wound healing and hemorrhoid discomfort, Calendula is most known for its antiseptic and anti-inflammatory benefits. This article from LlVESTRONG.COM explains the benefits of calendula oil.

Sage + Lemon Bath Soak
This mineral-rich bath features magnesium (not Epsom Salt) and Himalayan Pink Salt. Magnesium is known for providing many benefits including enzyme regulation, relief from sore muscles, nerve function, mood balance and helps in serotonin production. Clary Sage and Lemon essential oil helps to clear the senses and relieve tension. A 20-30 minute bath will have you relaxed and prepared for a restful sleep. This should not be used during pregnancy. Wellness Mama wrote a wonderful article explaining magnesium's role in the body and deficiency.
DETOX Bath Soak
This special blend is designed to take your bath to another level. We couldn't think of another name more fitting for this intentional bath soak with anti-inflammatory and detoxing benefits. This blend features ginger and mustard to help relieve sore muscles, painful joints, chest congestion, hemorrhoids and a pick-me-up from tiredness, especially from sickness (i.e. cold and flu). Commonly used in Ayurvedic Medicine, mustard helps soothe sore muscles, soften the skin and stimulates detoxification.

When Naturopathic pioneer, Dr. Shyam Singha presented mustard bath to the market he explained the beauty of this ingredient and importance of detoxification. “Mustard Baths have been traditionally used for detoxification and purification. In many parts of the world Mustard is well-known for its therapeutic value when used in a bath, helping to increase circulation, oxygenation and the elimination of toxins. The outward application contributes to general well-being by activating the largest organ of elimination in the body: THE SKIN and helping to reduce the toxic load stored in tissues throughout the body”.  Remember that any detox or therapy that stimulates the body to release toxins requires you to hydrate your body. With this bath, keep your water bottle handy to replenish yourself during and after your soak. We recommended taking this bath is before bedtime for a good night sleep.

These pre-blended soaks take the guesswork out of measuring and make a spa bath at home more enjoyable. Just unwrap, run your water, drop in and enjoy your water therapy. Looking for bath soak without aromatherapy? Milli Miracle has you covered with our unscented Simply Naked Bath Soak. All the benefits without added aromatherapy or botanical garnishment.
How long is a therapeutic soak? For best benefits,  therapeutic soaks should last 20 minute to 30-minutes.

How often should you take a therapeutic soak?  Two to three times weekly is ideal.  Your skin eliminates toxins and absorbs what is applied during bath time. We encourage great skin health and these soaks shouldn't be overdone.

Are the Mini Bath Soaks only for feet? No, the miniatures are ideal for   when you don't have time to soaking, children and feet.

As always if you have a specific concern about any bath soak we recommend you run the product past your Natural Health Counselor or Holistic Practitioner before using. We don't want you to have bath time worries with these amazing natural ingredients. The information provided is not to diagnose and/or substitute the medical advice from your Holistic Practitioner.
