Drinking enough water everyday is often a hardship for many people. In speaking on treating our bodies like temples, I encourage practicing healthy habits. In this post, I will share my perspectives on the benefits of drinking the proper amount of water.
The Benefits of Hydration
Many complaints about not drinking water, it the flavor or lack thereof. To encourage water drinking, I make infused water at nigh before I go to bed. The infused water gives the variety many people crave while still giving the correct amount of nutrients. I fill up my bottle in the morning and then refill with plain water. If I'm at home, I will alternate my infused water drinking with plain water.
I rotate the waters depending on my focus. Infused waters helped me increase my water intake and in less than a month I WANTED water, not carbonated beverages! Infused waters help with hydration and detoxification.
